If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at benkalio@elitegenesissuperstore.com with:
- Your order number
- The product you purchased
- A brief reason (optional — helps us improve)
We process all refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) and typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
EXCEPTIONS
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the guarantee policy.
DOWNLOADS
