Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before downloading or using any
product purchased from EliteGenesis Superstore (elitegenesissuperstore.com).

By completing your purchase and downloading our products, you agree to be bound by
the terms of this agreement.

  1. GRANT OF LICENSE
    EliteGenesis Superstore grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license
    to use the purchased digital product for your own personal or professional trading
    purposes. This license is for a single user only.
  2. RESTRICTIONS
    You may NOT:
  • Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product to any third party
  • Upload the product to any file sharing platform or public repository
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the product
  • Use the product to create a competing product or service
  • Transfer your license to another person or entity
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All products sold by EliteGenesis Superstore remain the intellectual property of
    EliteGenesis Superstore. Purchase of a product grants you a license to use it —
    not ownership of the underlying code, design, or content.
  2. NO WARRANTY
    Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. EliteGenesis Superstore
    does not guarantee that any product will be suitable for your specific trading
    strategy or produce profitable results. Past performance of any indicator or strategy
    does not guarantee future results.
  3. TRADING RISK DISCLAIMER
    Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. The indicators and
    strategies sold on this site are tools — not financial advice. You are solely
    responsible for your trading decisions. EliteGenesis Superstore is not liable for
    any trading losses incurred through the use of our products.
  4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    In no event shall EliteGenesis Superstore be liable for any indirect, incidental,
    or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
    Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
  5. UPDATES
    Lifetime updates, where stated on the product page, are provided at our discretion.
    We reserve the right to modify or discontinue updates at any time.
  6. TERMINATION
    This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you
    violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the product
    in your possession.
  7. GOVERNING LAW
    This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
